Windows server, prevent ASPXSpy does not work by Microsoft Security Essentials

ASPX Spy, is an ASPX program that allows easy control over a compromised web server. Using this program, an attacker can upload files through the web browser and execute them.

On a windows server we use Microsoft Security Essentials

file .aspx (ASPXSpy) not detected by Microsoft Security Essentials after new update.

I have scanned it by Kaspersky, Avira (Free) and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but they can't detect it too.

Which antivirus or anti-malware can detect it?
