Compromised Javascript on Chromebook?

I recently discovered on my Chromebook that there is a "developer app" running in the background. When I right-click then launch the Javascript details, my web connections show up and there are various selections i can choose from as if I have the option of masking my connection. Additionally, there is a dropscreen to the far right that lets me view my entire screen from different device type panels (i.e. iPhone, Samsung, Nokia) and I'm wondering if I'm being eavesdropped on again (if that's even possible with a Chromebook), or if my screen is being projected elsewhere.

The extension I noticed is a "projecting app". I was recently the victim of cyberstalking and found out that a keylogger had been installed on my phone and PC. I was recommended to switch to Chromebook because it's a lot safer, but if the perp has password again, is he able to set up developer apps remotely through my account that can sync with my device?

The only thing that alarmed me was that suddenly my IP address logs are registering incorrect information with regard to connection location and browser information. Somethings wrong... help!?

EDIT: I have multiple devices, yet all register with: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.95 Safari/537.36,gzip(gfe),gzip(gfe)"

as my browser information.
