csrf protection on href method calling controller from jsp

I Am using spring mvc 3.1 .I have href link which calls the controller method using .do

eg:-

href="/report/test.do?action=test"

How can achieve csrf protection here.I have using hidden csrf token in other jsp which have form..and its working fine.Any help would be appreciated
