Log collector with a collector

I have a 3-tier architecture, the client, the collector (CPU) and the backend system.

I intend to setup an environment whereby the collector can collect all the logs from all the workstation/network of a computer lab and the collector will then the collector will send all the logs back to the backend system (located at somewhere far with different IP addresses).

What software do I need to have inorder to execute this plan?
