What is a Secure Email Masking Service?

I'm running a security initiative/educational program. I use Email (+- PGP) as a mean for viewers to contact me.

Putting my Email in plain text in every page/video/social account is really not a good idea. So I found a service called https://Real.me that masks my Email by creating semi-burner accounts and forwarding them to my main mail, while also providing the sender's address for me to reply to him.

The problem is that they also receive and store the Email body (content). I find this questionable. But I'm not sure if it's possible to only reroute Emails without storing them on disk at all. Is this possible? And what service(s) can I use to achieve such result?
