Make Windows 7 wipe the hard drive if action completed? For Security

I have 3 Windows 7 user accounts, Me, Admin, Stuff. the user name "stuff" I would like to use for a Honey Pot. My question is, How can I make Windows 7 wipe the hard drive when this user is clicked? Or something similar.
