Malware encrypted my files with ecc

One of my office workers got malware on her computer that encrypted all her files with ecc. I have removed the malware but now need to decrypt the files. I do not have a key for this. I tried a couple programs by Panda Security and Kaperski but they did not work. Is there a way to get these files back?
