why uttercap is not redirecting (dns spoofing)

I've just downloaded uttercap and trying to make dns spoofing. I configured utter.cons and utter.dns (made facebook.com redirect to my ip). I launch uttercap (find host) and manage plugins (dns_spoof) than making mitm(arp poisoning) and than start sniffing. On another laptop i make facebook.com request which displays web page not found. when i ping facebook.com it show my laptop ip(from where i launched the attack) when i type my laptop ip(from where i launched the attack) it displays the fake facebook page.
