How can I tell if someone is intercepting my cell phone signal using mobile signal tracking software?

I've been having many issues with my cellphone such as bad signal, dropped calls, spoofing, jamming, battery temperature over 115℉, can't make calls, not receiving or being received calls, and more. Yes, I have done many factory resets, changed phones, changed SIM cards, changed numbers, had my cellphone diagnosed, and more. I have an HTC one m8 with T-Mobile and downloaded network signal info pro software to track where my cellphone signal is going to and it seems to go to so called cell towers that when I went to these areas I saw antennas and satellite dishes that were very suspicious looking, what can I do to find out if these are fake towers that I'm connected to?
