Problem with identity not verified

i Run Ca server "microsoft ca server Enterprise" and i generate certificate then i bind cert to my site and in all clients in my network add cert with

certutil -addstore ca org.cer

when my clients browse org site google chrome get wrong with https and tell that identity not verified first i think problem with online responder i run ocsp and add aia and crl but does not work please advise me for solve this problem. regards.
