Sites with good up-to-date comparison/recommendation of VPN-services?

I know this may be a bit off-topic, but... I want to get a VPN-account, and was wondering if there are any good sites with up-to-date comparisons, recommendations and/or tests for VPN-service providers?

I'm particularly concerned with privacy - no/very little logging, reluctance to give out information to authorities... and perhaps headquartered in a "insulated" jurisdiction (eg. the Caymans). Of course; having servers in several countries, providing a good and fast service, and not being overly-expensive would also be great.

Of course, if anybody here knows of a very good VPN-provider they'd like to recommend - or wants caution me against a provider (eg. for being NSA's lapdog) - that would be helpful too...
