Swf internet explorer problem

I am trying to run this run this exploit http://ift.tt/1C1396L with the following set up;

Kali Linux as attack host and windows 7 at victim host. Im using meteasploit to run the exploit and am using internet explorer 10 and flash player 16.0.0.235 on the victim host. When I am running the exploit its getting to the point where it sends the SWF but then internet explorer on the victim machine isn’t giving the pop up to accept the file. Anyone sure as to what might be blocking it?
