Websphere Message Queue pen-testing

I am responsible for pen-testing client-server Message Queue system. I have access to MQ Websphere client and MQ Websphere server machines. I want to have a document which shows security test cases for MQ websphere and the methods which can be deployed to reveal vulnerabilities in system. Can any one hep me with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated
