what are the C# perogram vulnerabilities?

I am checking on different programs vulnerabilities. As I searched for a C# written program,I didn't find any special C# related vulnerability. And I need an article, reference, ... to make sure about it or to be a good reference for this work. something that I can refer to and write a report.
