Cisco Anyconnect VPN : RSA Authentication problem while plug-in PS2 smart card connected

Is there any workaround to resolve the above problem ? User is reading secure mail by plug-in Smartcard and in parallel want to access RSA SGVPN access.

Above mentioned problem is very specific to that user's laptop only but when the user plug-in to another laptop no problem at all.

we use Anyconnect V 3.1.05....

Would greatly appreciate for your answer.
