I need a sample .p7m file signed using Cades and a key issued by an actual CA? [on hold]

I need to test a 3rd party rest service. It accepts only .p7m files signed with a key certificate issued by an actual CA. Do you know where I can find a sample file like that ? Sadly I cannot generate such fie because I don't own any pair of key certificate issued by a CA.
