Implementation of AEAD_AES_256_GCM and AEAD_AES_128_GCM ciphers in secure RTP

I am in process of implementing AEAD_AES_256_GCM and AEAD_AES_128_GCM ciphers in secure RTP. Though there is mechanism in rfc 5116 to implement the algorithm , but I am not able to find any sample code that will help me in implementation. The bigger challenge is the testing if I try to implement it using the available information

If someone have any sample code or any library that supports it would be of great help to me.
