I'm setting a lab using VirtualBox and its NAT network. The ultimate goal is to make some services on that network "public" in order to have my own honeynet.
The problem I'm seeing, and the point of the question, is that my own computer is going to be the firewall, forwarding external packets to the virtual network. What problems, if any, may arise on the host?
