How do I delete this virus from my registry?

This is what the log looks like:

----- HKCU\Software\AppDataLow\ {12DA0E6F-5543-440C-BAA2-28BF01070AFA} ---- Registry Threat Adware.RPL.SProtect.vb

I found a folder that said "{12DA0E6F-5543-440C-BAA2-28BF01070AFA}". Do I just delete that entire folder? I do not see anything about "Adware.RPL.SProtect.vb". Of course I will create a restore point first, but I just want to check if I should delete the whole folder or not.
