Custom rule not working in Burp

I have created a rule(check session is valid) to check whether the session is valid or not in which for every 30 request burp has to execute a Macro which requests a page and according to the response it decides whether the session is valid or not

But when observing the web server logs I found that Burp has never executed the macro (requested the page)

Can anyone tell what wrong with my rule or How can I find whats wrong with my rule?
