I have problem with running IE exploit in Iframe

while I doing some pentesting about IE public exploit need to run html including IE exploit , with iFrame.but i cant run the iFrame in windows 7.the exploit dosent even crash in windows 7 with iFrame.i dont know whats the problem.need some help.
