What next ,all devices have a 'virus'.my lack of knowledge is also a hindrance . Not even siure of correct terminology . So suggestions where to go ne

I have a virus in all my devices , computers , iPhones etc . I'm not very savvy in this area to say the least . I'm looking for suggestions to get resolution . Here are some steps that I've taken but to no avail . I replaced one computer , recent one signed in with alias , different Apple ID etc. I've gotten both computers rebooted , which is backing data to disc , ti I have gotten several new phones . Then I changed my wifi and got a modem . I've had to change my online accounts many times . I'm locked out of all accounts yahoo Facebook etc . I would like to know what next . Clearly this is way out of my league . Also reading earlier about webcam's and the perils . Curious is it possible I could have a device , camera or such in my home ?
