What kind of hash/encoding is this? [on hold]

hi everybody I was using microsoft test manager and it displays my password as "3lJN1tsjhGNe5Ut1NJhWzJSIpklvHNO7" it looks to me like a hash that was then encoded can anybody tell me what kind of encoding or hashing was used?
