It is bit different and I believe it is related with security, if you run cmd you cannot span sethc.exe via your cmd unless you don't add to command the number 211,it goes like this sethc.exe 211 ,this command will span the sethc prompt(Kind of Dialog Box) on desktop,but why we have to append 211 to the command to span sethc.exe and why when i span it via my Admin cmd the link it displays still gets filtered token i.e non admin Rights ?
